Cool & Hip Education Campus

Many people say that education campus in singapore is boring and lack life. What are the area, technology, activities, teaching style or etc a school campus i.e polytechnic should be equipped to become a smart and intelligent 'Cool & Hip campus' in order to appeal to younger adullts to have a enjoyable learning enviroment. Any suggestion please? Thanks

To be cool and hip, first we need more bright colours in campus, not boring colours, then we need music and activities happening regularly to be hip, most of all, we need the administrators to be hip and approved whatever activities otherwise one word "NO" from them, then how to be hip and cool? May be others got some suggestions on the cool and hip activities.
