Hi folks, is there anyone (local i meant) thinking of joining the casino as dealers, supervisor, pit boss, or managers of our very own casino? I learnt that there are quite a number of private schools giving courses on casino management, which school is the better one?
Anyone is currently taking a course in casino now? Do you think those with a cert will surely get a job in the casino?? I know that "they" are good in importing FT and turn them into PR, after that, these FT become local. eventually these FT locals will fall into the 70% and real local only have 5% to 10%.
