Recently got 2 maids from them. All bio-data fake. So far colleagues who got maid from them mostly ran away. So were mine after stolen $$. Aft incident, agency did not at all help to follow up. Push us to a corner. No after sales service at all. From 17/2 till now, cannot find mgr-Bernard, at all. Damn poor svc attitute. We got to ownself seek MOM for help. Luckily met some kind souls in MOM to advice us on procedures.
They even cheated our $$. Insurance co refund them 75% and they only refund us 25% of what ins co refunded. At first still deny. Until we insists, 1 week later they come out with apologies saying their accounts dept make a mistake. So thier mistakes is at our expense.
